Our house search lasted for well over a year, and she was by our side every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure we found our home; even in this wild market. We were initially under contract for a home in August of 2020 but the deal eventually fell through because of issues on the seller's side. Kelly exhausted every option to try to get that deal over the line for us and when we finally decided to back out after being in contract for 5+ months, she was right back to searching and showings to ensure we'd find another home. We probably saw over 150 homes with her in the past 14 months, and she'd show up excited and with a smile on her face every single time (even on our most frustrating days). She always made us feel like we were her only clients. Additionally, her expertise is unmatched; she knew all of the questions to ask and all of the issues to be on the lookout for. In May, we went into contract on a home right down the block from our family and we closed in under two months thanks to her hard work and constant communication with every member of our team - attorney, loan officer, etc. If you are trying to find a house in this marketing (and not just ANY house... an amazing house) there is no doubt that Kelly will make it happen!
